3. Products
Our products are custom printed and fulfilled on demand through Printful. Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible.
4. Ordering
By submitting an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
5. Prices
All prices on our website are displayed in EUR, inclusive of VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
6. Payment
Payments can be made securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other available payment methods. Payment must be completed before an order is processed.
7. Shipping
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful. Shipping times vary depending on location. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout but are not guaranteed.
8. Delivery
We are not liable for delays caused by customs, postal services, or courier companies. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
10. Returns & Refunds
Since products are custom-made, returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
11. Cancellation
Orders can only be changed or canceled before fulfillment begins. Once production starts, the order can no longer be canceled.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and branding on our website are owned by DuelStars and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
13. Use of Website
You may not use our website for unlawful purposes, to distribute malware, or to violate any applicable laws.
14. Personal Data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Liability
DuelStars is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
16. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked on our website.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
