Eligibility
DuelStars items are made to order. Routine change-of-mind returns and size-based returns are not treated as eligible support claims. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially incorrect, contact support so the case can be reviewed.
What to include for review
If a case needs review, contact support with your order number and a short description of the issue. Include clear photos when the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or misprinted.
Address issues and returned packages
If an address issue is noticed before shipment, contact support as soon as possible. After shipment, changes cannot be guaranteed. If an order must be remade or reshipped because of an address issue, additional shipping charges can apply.
Cancellations and changes
Orders can only be changed or canceled before fulfillment begins. Once production starts, the order can no longer be canceled.
Delivery-loss claims
If a shipment appears lost in transit, contact support after the estimated delivery date has passed. Include the order number, the latest tracking update, and any useful delivery details so the case can be reviewed properly.
