How long does production take?
Most orders move through fulfillment in 2-5 business days before shipment. Total delivery time is the fulfillment window plus the shipping time for your destination.
When do I get tracking?
Tracking is sent by email once the order ships. On some international shipments, the parcel may transfer to a local final-mile carrier before delivery, so tracking can update as it moves between carriers.
How should I care for the garment?
For printed apparel, wash cold and inside out on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners, hang-dry or tumble-dry on low, and do not iron directly on the print.
Will sold-out pieces return?
Availability depends on the product and the current release state. Some pieces return and some do not. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we do not promise a restock window.
