Engineering takes 3–7 cycles. Once the asset is cleared for deployment, transit times apply:
- // USA: 3–4 business cycles
- // EUROPE: 6–8 business cycles
- // WORLDWIDE: 10–20 business cycles
02 ORIGIN_POINT // Where do orders ship from?
Our system selects the node closest to your location. This ensures the fastest transmission and minimal environmental impact.
03 ENCRYPTED_TRACKING // How do I follow my unit?
As soon as your unit leaves the hub, a secure tracking link will be decrypted and sent to your email. Check your terminal regularly.
04 BORDER_PROTOCOL // Customs and Duties?
Certain territories may require additional credits for import duties. These are governed by local authorities, not the DuelStars hub. Calibrate with your local office for details.
05 LOST_SIGNAL // What if my order is offline?
If transit exceeds the estimated cycles, first verify your shipping coordinates. If signal remains lost, initiate contact with our support terminal with your order ID.
