Production window
Most orders are fulfilled in 2-5 business days before they ship.
Transit timing
After fulfillment, shipping time depends on the destination and the delivery method. Printful's current guidance runs about 1-8 business days for domestic shipping and 1-20 business days for international shipping.
Tracking
Once the order ships, a tracking link is sent by email. Some international shipments change carriers before final delivery, so the latest movement may appear under a local carrier after handoff.
Customs and import charges
For some destinations, customs duties, import fees, or local taxes can apply. These charges are set by local authorities and are outside DuelStars control.
If delivery slows down
If the estimated delivery date has passed, give it up to 5 additional business days first. If the order still has not arrived, contact support with your order number and the latest tracking update.
For delivery issues, include your order number and the latest tracking status when you contact support.
