Returns & Refunds

What qualifies for help, what does not, and what we need to review a case clearly.

Routine returns

Because each item is made to order, routine change-of-mind returns and size-based returns are not treated as eligible support claims.

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially incorrect

Contact support with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the full item. If the case qualifies, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong address or returned packages

If an address mistake is caught before shipment, it may still be corrected. After shipment, changes cannot be guaranteed. If a package is returned because the address could not be delivered or the parcel was not collected, reshipping may still be possible once the return is processed.

Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled before fulfillment begins. Once production starts, the order can no longer be canceled.

Delivery-loss claims

If a shipment appears lost in transit, contact support after the estimated delivery date has passed. Include the order number, tracking link, and any useful delivery details so the case can be reviewed properly.

For claim reviews, include clear photos when the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or misprinted.
