Your DuelStars gear is made-to-order—printed, cut, and stitched just for you. That's why we don't do returns, but we do fix mistakes (because nobody wants a misprinted bikini or a typo on your hype tee).

What if my order isn't *Chef's Kiss*?

We'll remake or refund it if:

• It arrives damaged (RIP to the packaging monster).
• You get the wrong item (we swear it wasn't sabotage).
• The print is fuzzy/off-center (aesthetic crimes = our treat).

Just email us within 7 days with:

• Your order #
• Photos of the issue (bonus points for drama)

Size Regrets?

Measure twice, order once! Since our items are made-to-order, exchanges aren't possible. Nail your fit:

• Measure Yourself First
• Grab a soft tape measure (or a string + ruler!).
• Compare your numbers to our product-specific charts.
• Between sizes? Size up – better slightly roomy than too snug!
