How long until my order ships?

Most orders ship in 3–7 days since they are made-to-order. You’ll receive tracking info by email as soon as it’s on the way.

What if the fit isn't right?

Check our size chart for real measurements. Between sizes? We recommend sizing up for a relaxed, comfy fit.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Every item is made-to-order, so returns aren’t accepted. But if it arrives damaged or misprinted, we’ll remake it immediately—just email info@duelstars.com with photos.

Is the print quality good?

We use premium DTG printing. The colors stay vibrant and the print lasts if you wash inside out on cold and tumble dry low.

Do you offer discounts?

What’s your eco-vibe?

All pieces are made-to-order to prevent overproduction. Orders ship from facilities close to you to reduce carbon emissions.

How do I track my order?

Tracking links are sent by email once your order ships. You can follow your order every step of the way.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other local options. Klarna may also be available depending on your location.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes! Enter your friend’s address at checkout. Prices are not included in the package.

How should I wash my DuelStars gear?

Wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low. This keeps the print sharp and fabric fresh longer.

Will sold-out items restock?
